prostreet6t9 C10 is correct.. Should be a 12 bolt.

Maybe just regear your diff so you know what you end up with and better end product?

C-10 My '65 had 3.73 ratio in the 12bolt 8.875.. Inline 6, Muncie SM318 trans..

Maybe yours was changed somewhere along the line.

Easy to figure, count ring gear and divide by pinion. Common ratio numbers in these are 3.08, 3.42, 3.73, 4.10, 4.56..

With a .70 OD, a TH700 would be nice with a 4.10. Much more than this, first gear (3.06) would be about useless..(IMO)

4.51 rear???

On my 65 C10 i pulled the rear apart and found 4.51 gears how do i go about finding the right rear for it thinking about 4.10. Im looking to put a 6.0 with a 700r4 if a dooner cant be found i might change to a 76 350 with 350-400 thdro?? with add on fuel inj. eather engine there not goint to be built for prof just enjoyable driving.
