1Gary The feature I like on the I-Cons is the design of offset pins to limit cold piston slap.For the street,press fit pins are the way to go.

1932bantam used the hypers and the icons never ever a problem . and have run 15lbs boost with alky on the hypers in the smallblk. end gap per instructions

Stock and 4032 alloy cast hypereutectic, 11% silicon...........up to 450 HP
Aftermarket 2618 alloy forged, 2% silicon ........................up to 1200 HP

BOBCRMAN@aol.com The people that have breakage problems with KB pistons are the people that don't read instructions or understand the design/construction of these pistons.

As mentioned, ring gap is a major consideration as is piston to wall clearance.

Hello folks, hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. Want to ask if anyone has expereanced any problem with Keith black pistons, when used in a 351 cleveland 1972, 0.030 over bore .I've been told that there could be a breakage problems, the engine is a mild build compression 9.5 to 1 all new internals except crank, new intake elderbroke performer. and new 650 carb.
