|Fang16||Slicks!? lol No room to carry them, even in my little trailer I pull behind my Willys. Old guy at the track told me one day, seen a lot of Willys on a trailer, never saw one pulling one! lol Running M/T street radials now. Maybe I'll get a car trailer and put some miles on my pick-up. lol Will take the fun outta drivin' to the track tho.|

11.97 1/4 ET best to date. Just getting back into it at 63. Forgot a lot and have a lot to learn but having a ball doing it. I drive my cars. Vette, blown 350 29 Ford coupe and the Willys. Building a blown 350 for the Willys now. Poor old 98 Ford pick-up just sets there. lol Even drive to the track, 85 miles (Mokan) or 130 (Tusla). Thing is, have fun with what ya got. Some of the guys on here are very competitive and only do track time so their advise does not take the street into consideration.

Hope you'll do a video when you fire the engine up and post it here! I'd like to hear the sound of that cam/engine combo!
I'm putting together another tunnel rammed engine for my present project; a '63 Falcon gasser. Using a 454 with Weiand oval port tunnel to match up with the Edelbrock oval port heads, and twin 600 cfm Holleys. I put an 8.8" Ford in back with 3.73 posi, to make it more enjoyable on the street, but still make it run good at the strip. A Super T10 inbetween, just because I miss shifting a stick!

|BigMo||AHHHH !!! Nice, finally a hot rod with the TR setup....im putting together a pile of parts and such for the small block in my 30 Coupe, and after I get it broken in, im planning on that TR being thrown in...HELL YEAH.....nice headers, they Sanderson?|

|BuzzLOL||.. You may be getting close to maximizing the flow of the Weiand Street TR, since it's ports aren't that big, probably very close to those heads... and smaller ports than the Eddy Street TR uses... guess you can let us know how the ports match up soon...|

.. Kinda surprised you went under 220cc heads with that 248/248 cam and a dual quad TR...
.. Also figured Profiler would have those heads on the truck the next day... looks like a smallish operation...

Ordered Pro-filers today.....195/64 CC, springs for 560
3-4 weeks to get them....
spoke to dave. Super nice guy,took all the time I wanted to chat about the product and my build.
$1050.00 seems like a steal if there as good as I'm hearing.
