I got the new hotrod mag yesterday and they had a new product in the first couple opening pages. I can't remember the. Name but it said about temporary ceramic engine coating
I cannot imagine a material as hard as ceramic being beneficial when added to motor oil unless it was VERY fine. Might be one of the "rebuild in a can" deals like are on the market. Only one that may work of those that I know of is Restore.
The only other thing I have heard of like this is the sodium silicate (water glass)-based engine sealers. BUT they go into the water jackets to (supposedly) seal cracks, not into the oil.
Idk check out the newest horrid mag it within the first 5 pages. They want like 54.95 for it Also I believe the restore stuff does work as I used it in both my 290k Cummins and 6.2 diesels
Xado Atomic Metal Conditioner: Just one bottle of XADO AMC Maximum will restore the engine's parameters by coating the metal with a diamond-hard ceramic-metal layer. Your engine is repaired, protected and prevented from wear for 60,000 miles! $54.95 Read more on Official site XADO in USA | E-store xado.us | Only for USA, Canada and Mexico | 888-787-XADO (9236). It says you can use it on your engine and transmission.
