Apply power, does it click? do all the coils have the same resistance (older ones should be in the 11-15ohm range)? If they aren't then the coil is open and it needs to be replaced. If it doesn't click the pintle or disk is stuck, without a flowbench and ultrasonic cleaner you're unlikely to get it unstuck.
what works the best is to put them in an ultrasonic cleaner with a mixture of injector cleaner and mineral spirits while pulsing the injectors, then put them on a flow bench and flush the cleaning mixture forwards and backwards while pulsing the injectors.
Oh, you might want to replace the screens in the inlets too. Replacing o-rings and pintle caps is usually a good idea also, they're cheap.
Barring that you might have some luck just soaking them in a similar solution or if the car runs you might get somewhere by putting a good injector cleaner (the chevron stuff is pretty decent) in the gas at 2x the recommended concentration.

Did the coil winding fail open in the soleniod.
Check the resistance in ohms.
If it needs new injectors get new. I dont buy into the cleaning and rebuilding. They spray fuel . Fuel cleans them.

Cleaning Ford 302 fuel injectors
I think i have one fuel injector not working. I purchased a pigtail for the injectors, and a 9v battery (found something on google that said to use a 9v battery to activate the injector) and i used my mouth to blow air through (so far) 4 of the 8 injectors. I found one that air would not pass through. I suspect it is clogged since it clicks but wont flow.
How do I clean these injectors? Do they have to go to a shop or can I clean them myself? Any way to test the spray pattern? The air flow trick only tells me that the injector flows, not how well it sprays.
