We started a trivia thread over at another forum and it has been a lot of fun.
Here are the ground rules. It starts with one question. The first reply with the right answer gets the floor for a new question. It continues like that unless, A) the person who has the floor doesn't ask a new question, or B) no one gets the correct answer. In that case, the person with the floor asks a new question. No more than one question on the floor at a time, and discussion/clarification is welcome until the floor is taken over by a new question.
First question: In the 1952 Indy 500, what type of fuel was burned in the record-setting pole-position #28 car? Hint: it won pole position by a full 4 mph over the second-place Ferrari
Its all original with Original Ga Title .sold new in cartersville ga .at of all places the Linclon Mercury Dealership .i have known the car since new but like i say it is rusty.
Since La Salle was an explorer who i think discovered Michigan where the cadillac are built ,and GM purchaced Cadalliac And La salle from the founders i will guess the ornament is named Lasalle ,, probably not i think i an 3 in 10 now.
Well it took me twenty minutes to figure how to spell it but that is the Cadillac Herald. Knew what it was couldn't spell it worth a darn. And when he wasn't Heralding for Cadillac his name was Quido.
Looks like it may cut or put a mark in like a glass cutter. It tightens down with the wing nut putting pressure against the wheels or blade if that is what it is, Hmmmmmm
All great guesses but no. Come on! All you big bad, I can build anything and I'm a great mechanic and I've done it all and there is no one smarter than me people. What the heck is it??? I'll bet you used one this morning before breakfast!!
BB Muh ha ha ha ha ha !!! ( nasty evil laugh):evil::evil::evil::evil::thumbup:
I went through both my tool boxes bottom drawers and I could not find one in either box and I will bet I never used one before I got up.:nono::nono::thumbup::thumbup:
It looks like small knurl wheels but I can't tell for sure.
some sort of cleaning wheel to dress up threads like on a bolt? Also looks like old tubing cutter. But I can't think of anything it would be for "before breakfast"
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
