Northstar T Just back from yet another trip to the Portland hospital (wifes cancer). when we pulled into the motels back parking lot we find this transport trailer with Jamie McMurrys car inside. I don't imagine there's any races up there this time of year, and this looks like just a show car anyway (no engine,. glass trailer. no dents etc). never did find anyone who knew why it was there, but it was pretty cool to look at anyway

yup. no engine in there

496CHEVY3100 The 4x4 quads are the only ones that get ridden any more, they built a motor sport park about 1500 acres that joins the back of my property a really good place to ride, they rent atvs and have a moto cross track telinised on big races renyal cabins etc

but now they are building a water park ,MUCH bigger than Six Flags a couple miles above me,,To many people moving in from every where to work on the project Raising prices on every think Taking away my country style of living that I have enjoyed for over 60 years

I still have my Suzuki quad, and my Honda Goldwing. The quad hasn't been used in a couple years, and the Goldwing hasn't been started in 3 years. Need to get the GW started and sold, but I'll keep the quad for hunting.

other then that and some nasty brusing and road rash im in pretty good shape.

i was pushing myself and the bike well past my limits and well ^^ thats the result. i was riding by myself so i didnt relize just how hard i was pushing until after i wrecked

edit

nobody ever got faster or better by not pushing the limits lol
Unfortunately I know that feeling well! I rode and raced dirt bikes for decades, until I dumped my 1983 CR480 Honda in 1984, and ended up with my lower right leg pointing 180 degrees backwards! Once it was fixed up, and I could walk almost normal, I rode the bike for another 6 months, and decided I was being selfish about putting my love of riding above my family's welfare. I sold the bike, and never threw a leg over a dirt bike again. But I still miss the riding, and if I wasn't so old (and healed faster) I'd be right back on one today!

They also dropped the two piece wheel design, so even if I fudged and put a 4.5" wide wheel on, the rim edge looks completely different, and it's a one piece design. Here's old and new in this picture.

. Looks like yours also have the bulging spokes and the other has straight spokes... I have an older set which is a steel wheel with the mag part added on the front almost like a hubcap...
