The main difference between the aftermarket 3310 is the -1 has a secondary metering block (4150) instead of a plate (4160), and the primary boosters are downleg on the -1. If you have one, use it.
BTW, the 780 3310-1 have downleg boosters, the 750 cfm 3310's have straight boosters.
Edit- You can also add a secondary metering block to a carb having a plate. This is a common mod and many 750 3310's will have a block instead of a plate, so don't go by just the block being there as meaning it's a -1 carb.

I think also that anything after a -1 has the downleg venturi which gives a better signal but it a little more restrictive to flow, therfore the reduction from 780 to 750 cfm. You will never know the difference.
Use the latest version you can as they will have all the improvements Holley has come up with.

The -1 are listed as 780 vs 750 for the rest but that just holleys rating not actual flow bench numbers. It very well could flow more but its my guess that he's doing some type of restricted class racing there are probably head restrictions which make the 780 vs 750 choice a drop in a bucket. Sure if I had a -1 I'd want to use it just for the ease of tuning alone. The -1's also had secondary p[ower valve. I think I might have an old -1 laying around in piles of parts but it would take some work.
If I had a 3310- whatever in good shape I'd throw a coversion kit on it to put replacable jets in the secondarys and go.

If the rules indicate a 3310, then the 3310-1 is another 30 cfm than the -2,-3, etc. Find a Holley guy and have the -1 rebuilt/repaired. FYI - there's alot of Holley guys around that know about 3310's and alot of them might be collecting social security checks (retired) as the 3310 was one of the original hot rod power adders back in the day.

The -1 was also a 780cfm. All others are 750cfm.

|tresi||I can't speak for the track but iI would think that one 3310 would be allowed they would allow them all. I think holley up to -7's or -8's now. The differences are very slight such as calibration and power valve protection. There is differences in the accellerator pump check valve and other minor things. None of which I'd classify as an advantage|

3310 carb only. I'm not sure if I can run the other series of it or not. that's where I'm confused and the track isn't answering there phone.

Do you mean is there a difference between a 3310-1 compared to a , 3310-2 ,-3,-4 or - higher? Yes, the 3310-1 is a model 4150 while later -# were a 4160. The-1's had replaceable secondary jet like a double pumpers while later carbs used a secondary metering plate. The -1's haven't been made in decades. If you find one it will be in a swap meet or garage sell and it's likely to be in poor shape.
Later dash #'s can be converted to replacable secondary jets.

Holley Carbereutor 3310 Model
I have a 383 Stroker And I Want To Put A Holley 3310 Model 4 Bbl Carb on it. Is there any difference in those different model numbers or is there a base 3310 model that I'm having a hard time finding?
