I am also a fan of the heat-shrink hose clamps - used them on radiator and heater hoses - I also used worm clamps until I was done making changes.

ogre i used a mix of rubber and ss exhaust bends to make both hoses

Irelands child The Cool-Flex version will last nicely, the rest - no idea but have heard of a couple of failures. Anybody used SS radiator hose kit?

I need custom radiator hose for my project. I do like the looks of universal flex hose like gates. I'm looking at some universal SS hose kit that seem too cheap. I do not want problems as this is a driver not a trailer queen. What have you had experience with?
