they have suction guns you can get to 'insert' and remove fluid. Turkey baster would work, but you may have trouble getting sufficient fluid out. Original style Muncies (that have the revrse threaded nut) work best with 1 quart of a GL4 NON Synthetic 75w90 such as Sta-Lube #SL24229 from Napa. Race guys use Royal Purple MaxGear 75w90 or RedLine MTL(?). I usually only recommend the Sta-Lube or MAX GEAR (not RP's "synchromesh").
Here's what I use at home; got mine from Grainger for twice the price years ago
Google "16oz oil suction gun" Chi-com Freight has them for under 20 bucks. (Harbor Freight)

Buy a big baster for 5 bucks, put a vac hose on the end and go fishin'.

1965 Muncie M-21 4-Speed: No Drain Plug
What's the best way to drain the old lube out of a M-21 Muncie? No drain plug, anybody got a home made remedy, short of removing the shifter, removing the front 4 bolts and rotating the transmission 90 degrees?
