Crosswinds by professional products
This is a crosswind intake by professional products. Quality is very good. Casting is clean and has no flash, runners looked good, also has about 1 1/2 inches of rise over stock P4B.

The intake blocks the heat crossover and is assisted by a Mr. Gasket intake set with the metal patch for over the hole too.
The stock rear in it is a 3.23 8.2 rear.
I will be upgrading to a LSD in the future. I am going to add a LSD carrier to the 8.2 untill it pukes, if it does, then I will move on to something stronger like an 8.5 or 12 bolt, maybe a moser or strange. We will see.
I have a few bugs to work out this weekend and I am hoping to go on its maiden cruise next week sometime after I tag it.

|Onefunponcho||Did you block the heat cross over under the intake? Also what rear gear do you plan on teaming with that cam?|

|LATECH||Thank you. It has a good GROWL too. 9.5 to one zero decked,bored to 4.120, crane 272-2 screw in studs, mild porting.....|

Of course the sled that it is in needs completly refinished....thats next.

This is a shot of my fresh 389 build. I have some detail work to do in the engine compartment but she's in there and runs strong.
The Crosswinds intake manifold raises the carb up about 1 1/2 inch above the stock intake, good thing the hood still closes.
