Very reasonable price ,I just don't like the location.
This is a house of a customer of mine when I had my shop. The house is about 4 or 5000 square foot with a 4 car garage right next to the swimming pool. Then the building out back was about 3000 or so square foot garage that held his collection of Mercury Cougars.

496CHEVY3100 They leak by design ,the converter will drain back into the pan if left for extended periods some times around shifter seal and have seen some leak at front seal,,but not a problem if driven or at least started and warmed up every couple of weeks

I have a Harley shovel head that has same design flaw,,if not started occasionaly the ball and spring stick and when you turn starter it will push out a small amount of oil vent tube to the floor ,Harley says it cannot be fixed exept with a new oil pump which will do the same thing before long ,,I have thought about trying a thinner wt oil like the newer Harleys use,,
20w50 synthetic instead of 80 wt conventional which they cam with new,

I have one in my '70 Chevelle and it seems the converter drains back when it sits, overfilling the pan. Then it seeps out the shift shaft seal...

I have a drain pan under it and when I need to move the car, I pour the fluid back in a jug and then back in trans. That fluid has been "recycled" about 8 times now...

Too Many Projects Yeah buddy, NY state is NOT a place I would move to.

Really small lot too. I'm surprised city codes would allow something like that.

Where is this for sale ?????

I NEED that place. 7 stalls isn't enough, but if they are 2 deep, that would work...

That's what happens when you give them air conditioned cabs.
