Pretty rare indeed! That's a 1950 Chevrolet 3106 Camp Wagon (Highlander) Station Wagon.
These were all special order vehicles that Chevrolet sent out to be modified. Chevrolet would ship cowls and chassis to the Campbell Mid-State Body Company in Waterloo, NY for conversion. Campbell Mid-State was a off shoot from the Hercules Body Co. which had been producing these type of bodies from the early teens. The 1943 cost from Campbell Mid-State was $ 535.00. In 1950 it was probably up to $650

Appreciate the nice comment. This was exactly the car I wanted to build when I could afford to do it 'my way'. It's sitting in the shop just waiting for warmer weather (no snow and 50* warmer) and the season
