They are doing this to a Mustang but the process is the same and the chassis are similar so you will get the idea. OF course you won't be doing the rear subframe thing but this will help you out and get you to thinking...

|jalopy45||Several companies make sub frame connectors, the one thing they have in common is that you'll have to notch the floor for the length of the connectors from the from sub-frame to the rear frame section. You weld the floor and the frame sections front and rear to the connectors. This also gives you a point to attach a roll bar to the floor if you want to add that as well. If you dig thru the Hot Rod Magazine or Car Craft Archives online I think you can find a pictorial covering this subject. It is the same for the Camaro's and Nova's.|

67 Camaro - subframe connectors
I've done some searching on this board for installation tips for subframe connectors and found some related to later models.
Has anyone done it on 67-69 Camaros? I will be building a 440hp 350 sbc engine (Car Craft article inspired me) and am aware of the shortcomings of this car's frame.
If you did, please let me know which vendor provided the kit, price, how much work it involved etc.
I will probably need to replace my rear end/front drum brakes as well.
67 Camaro RS, TH350, 3.08 rear end, 10 bolt 8.5, mono-leaf was replaced with 5-leaf suspension.
"Stock floor pan must be modified." Summit sells some kits with that note. How much of modification to the floor do I need to do?
