Lincoin makes and excellent 120V welder. I got a welder with the gas option and cart used for $325. Watch the papers for a used one or get a new one and build your cart.

Do not buy a 120v MIG machine, you will soon wish you had purchased a 230v one instead.

|firstname.lastname@example.org||I use oxy/acetylene on header construction. Give a lot more control and cleaner looking job. Also, remember to run a brazing fillet around the tube/flange joints. Improves strength, quietness and extends the life of the header.|

Welding exhaust piping
What's an adequate amp/volt needed for a mig welder to weld exhaust piping easily. Specifically aluminized 16 gauge and a higher gauge.
