68NovaSS Hey Mopar, I had a bad time loading my album last night but had luck this morning, they're in 68Novass album. I have so many pics documenting this project it's very hard to pick what to show! When there is a significant change I'll post again.

68NovaSS Mopar, I have some in the old album but can't figure out how to move them. I'll put some in a new album tonight. The car has an Alston back-half, narrowed FAB-9, 4-link, tubbed with a Detroit Locker w/411's, MT Sportsman Pro 18.5's under the body, wheelie bars and a 10 point cage. I'm about to start on the motor, have most of the parts, a 383 with a Weiand 8-71 and couple of BG 750 BC's. I'm in the middle of the T-400 rebuild and beef up right now. I'm shopping for a crank and pistons and I'll be there....except for paint and a little body massaging. Seems like it'll never end! Suspension and frame is done and painted and I have all the body parts including new glass all around. Have a couple of hoods so may build a milder motor for a spare and cut the good one for the blower, not sure, but I have two 4-bolt blocks here to mess with.

Sorry for not reposting the pics, just....well no excuses!

Crazy Mopar Guy Okay, I'm hijacking the thread for a moment....

68NovaSS- Why no gallery pictures of your car?
Do you have any on a site, or? What's going in it for power, etc? The avatar looks nice, you can't tease like that!

68NovaSS I agree gpeak, probably because most people think of the trans, especially an automatic as some sort of 'black magic' and tend to shy away from the DIY thing. Because of that there aren't as many gurus with the knowledge. I must say, trans information I've gotten has been very good stuff, from those who are here and in the know...

Noticeable difference between engine forum and tranny forum

I have noticed a huge difference in advice and response between the engine forum and the tranny forum. The tranny forum far behind the engine forum. Anybody else notice this? You engine guys are alright with me......LOL!!!
