KULTULZ The first question is do you have a dry garage to do this in and the special service tools you will need?

78 monte I could never afford a whole motor in one shot so I allways opted for a rebuild peace by peace. Also if you assemble it your self you know all your specs and that little bit of money you save doin it your self you can buy some better parts like cam or something.

crate engine or rebuild

I have a 91 mustang that has been abused its whole
93,000 mile life and the motor is going south. I am trying to decide wether to rebuild my old engine or get a crate motor. I'm just a little skeptic on getting a crate motor because I want something I know will be reliable.
