Depends a lot on what you are going to be fixing, and the temp in the garage while you are wrenching. It may be Miller Time before you ever open the lid....
In a while, Chet.

I was going to buy a trade in real similar to yours that my matco guy was selling but I thought it would not fit my personality. (it would have made me look organized, not like me at all. hahahah)

it is a husky tool box ($800) with a snap-on sticker. i save money on the box and buy snap-on tools. i also painted everything red to match.

Here is my tool box and the magnet that says it all. Sad thing about it is it doesn't hold the most expensive tools

Here is a better pic of my old top box. The strip of reflectorized decals on the third drawer down are the little year stickers that you put on your license plate.
I don't put them on my car when I renew.
I drive around with the sticker in with my registration and ins papers.
If I don't get pulled over all year, and told to put it on, it goes on my toolbox. Like teacher giving me a little gold star for being good
I have them going back to 1979., not a complete collection of course, but quite a few.(and a few are on my OLD box at home)
Anyone else do that?

But I have to use a stool to see in the top of the big Craftsman.
How many of you have to do that?
Little red box has a sticker on the lid I put on when it was my job tool box. When you close it, you read; "Welcome to Miller Time"

Well heres my little toolbox I have right now. Unfortunatley that is ALL of my tools. I bring this box to and from work every day. Heres a basic rundown- basic handtools, stick welder (pawn shop find), and a few other small things. Also take note of the amazing lack of "speed part" stickers. I am slowly adding to my collection but at least I can sey they are all mine .
edit-still cant figure out how to make an image appear
