I am WANTING a Helix Power Tower, BUT they only have it for a H.O. 5.0. DOes anyone know if it will work or not work on a non-H.O.? From what I can tell the throtlebody doesn't look to different from a H.O. but mine is on the drivers side instead of the passengers side. PLEASE LET ME KNOW! :D

that helix thing is not worth the cash they expect you to fork over for it.buy a gasket,a 1 inch think chunk of aluminum, trace out the patern on the aluminum and drill it out. then wonder on down to your local machine shop and have them tap the hole for you.the whole escipade should cost you about $40. my brother uses one of these things on his 98 chevy pick-up, he gained about 3mpg but no power. i use one of the plates that i built under my throtle body and gained 12 horsepower according to the dyno

I don't have the time to make my own. I work nights and sleep all day so I just want to buy one, considering they are only 80 bucks.Besides I'd probablly screw up on making my own, so I just need to know if the bolt pattern is the same and thats it. A guy at a local parts store was just a moron saying well the book only lists an H.O. so it won't work, and not to be cruel to the man but he had on a Chevy Motorsports hat,so I don't know if he knows what he's talking about for Fords.Any info would help, Thanks.
