Weimer That is why I am painting my truck Orange LOL! I considered yellow, but I seriously didn't want to be swarmed with bugs at shows. HaHaHa! Seriously!

Weimer Anyone ever notice the yellow cars at carshows? They are...for some odd reason...always COVERED in bugs. The bugs swarm to them like they are a big sunflower. I am not talking about smashed/roadkill bugs, I am talking about living flying bugs.
04-22-2004 04:45 PM If it were a Mustang it would be Zinc Yellow. Ford has two yellows and Zinc is the lighter shade. I know this little-known, less-cared-about fact since Ford Zinc Yellow is the color my '53 Chevy king cap will be!

i painted a utility trailer that color and couldn't sell it. painted it blue and that week it sold.
heard of resale red, that's" keep it forever yellow".

That's OK, thats what the wife calls it too................
I get that all the time with both my cars... I completely agree about the impala, but i just don't see the pretty metallic green of my goat as puke colored....
