I had same set up as you, so you just need to test. It ran good
at .055 but when done fine tuning, the tank of a 1955 was 11.9-12.1 in quarter.
There is just a lot of little things in the engine that will dictate where you should be, each engine and cam is different.

|FASTMONTE||That is a huge gap!!! How was you car running when you were at the smallest gap? Since i have the MSD is this possible to have a big gap like that?|

Yea its a good start. My 388 stroker with platinum plugs I started at .055 and increased .003 until it ran 1/8 the best. I painted about an 1/8 mile in road and used GPS to test. I ended up at .072 and 21 degrees before tdc. For peak tuning.
The difference from start to finish was a gain of 16 mph in the 1/8
but two days work.
Thats not the stroker you see pictured, its 57 312.

Spark plug gap
I have a H.O. 350 crate motor with roller rockers and an MSD ignition and i am running Autolite AR133 spark plugs and i was wondering what is the biggest gap i can go? I heard i could go .60 is this true?
