Ghetto Jet Sitting won't hurt it all. Just do what Double Vision said, drain the fluid out and call to make sure it's safe to use.

DoubleVision converters don`t go bad just by sitting. even so you`ve kept a rag over the hole it would be a good idea to flush it. Most TH350 converters work in 400`s, but you may want to contact B&M to make sure in your application.

Torque Converter Question

Whats up guys i have 2 questions really. First of all i have a B&M 3,000 stall speed converter, it hasnt been in a car in 6 months, its sittin on my work bench with a rag covering the hole, is it still ok? should i be reluctant to use it? secondly when i bought the converter i purchased it from a local speed shop and told them it was for my 79 malibu with a TH350 trans. Well i sold the car and i kept the converter and a few other odds and ends, now i have a 1968 Buick Gran Sport, it has a 455 Buick V-8 and a Buick TH400 will the converter work in this trans? Thanks for your time guys, sorry if these questions were no brainers.
