red347 a 65 Mustang FB with a 347 Stroker motor. That's the one giving me fits this year with the new combo. Last year solid 9.70's. This years best a 9.85 at 132.

Yeah the 502's are nowhere near 13k. The mopar hemi crate motors are around that much. In any event, anytime I have to spend 13k on anything, let a lone a street motor who's numbers I could have probably got myself for about 4-6 thousand, I'm not goign to say its "cheap!!!"
K
Sorry didn't see a hemi cuda there.

You can get a ZZ502--502hp/567ft/lb for about 7k....

The 572 is closer to that 13k...and the have two flavors....

93_406cobra journier take a look at these. I haven't ever heard anything about speed-o-motive but you can get a good parts list from they.

93_406cobra Take a look at this engine setup. Look at the parts list and dyno sheet.

Something like 629 trq @ 2500
509 hp @ 5000
Does this sound good on pump gas if you need more power put a super charger or blower on it the compreesion looks a bit high. So go with Nitrous you will be happy.
This is the engine I'm building for my 55 out of a 427 Tall Deck that no one likes.
