lowROLLERchevy edelbrock says that the 2101 intakes "accept late-model choke's", meaning that you can hit the junkyard or the parts conter to pick up a matching choke assembly

looking through the edelbrock site, i see the mechanical joke that bolts to the intake ... but its only listed under q jet parts, so im not sure if it will work on the performer series of carbs. all depends on the angle that the choke arm is at on the new carb

ask your local performance parts shop, or call the jegs or summit tech lines, the last time i called jegs, it became a 1/2 hour bench race session, those guys love cars and it shows

manual choke

i have a SBC with a edelbrock performer intake #2101(i think) wich has a choke block off plate on it or least i think thats what that is.

if i get the edelbrock carb that is manual choke i was just wondering what parts i need to get the manual choke to work. i currently have a electric choke on my pos q-jet
