Tuning with a wideband o2 (LM1)

I recently purchased an Innovate Motorsports Wideband AFR system, and was lookin for pointers on tuning with it. I figure the numbers I need to look at for NA usage should be around 13.2:1., and on nitrous around 12.0:1. Also I'm guessing that it should idle, and run part throttle as close to stoichometric as possible, correct??? This is all on a carb'd 383 chevy.. Thanks!
