I have pretty high pressure valvesprings. I originally had ARP regular length studs. I kept breaking them. I switched to the studs that are designed for roller rockers, and haven't broken one since. They are approximately 1/4" longer. That will give you more thread.
Just make sure your valvetrain geometry is correct. With excessively milled heads, you may need different pushrods.

The rocker fulcrum need to be on the root of the stud no threads part.

|camarochas||I had the same condition with Edelbrock alluminum heads on my BB Chevy. I had to replace the studs with longer ARP studs.|

NO NEED TO SHOUT LOOSE THE CAPS.
Sounds as if the heads or the block or both have been milled some what, you`ll likely need a pushrod lenth checker and custom lenth pushrods.

Scorpion Roller Rocker Problem
IM USING SCORPION ROLLER ROCKER'S PART #IOOI ON MY SBC WITH DART 2 HEAD'S AND STOCK LENGHT PUSH ROD'S MY PROBLEM IS THEIR'S ONLY 4 OR 5 THREADS ABOVE ROCKER'S FOR NUT ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM
