need help finding new interer or advice

Hello,
Ive been trying to find factory replacement panels for 1987 mustang lx hatch. not finding any place that sells fatory fitting but custom color. am i better off takeing it to a custom shop? any advice would be helpful since im new to rebuilding a car.
