im going to avoid using 2x4s expect in corners but that may not be possible.

Just use the clear or translucent sheeting that is used for construction or painting..put some 2x2 studs about every 4 feet and attach the plastic with lathe screwed over the plasic to the studs..makes a good temporary dust wall..I think it is 3 or 4 mil that I get..
Of course you will need some filters for intake and exhaust and a big fan to move the air..you can use the cheapy type filters for a one time kind of deal to make a simple crossflow booth..

home made spray booth
well im going to spray the paint in my garage i think now going to possibly skip on doing it in a booth but I was wondering for those that built there own plastic spray booth what thickness plastic do you use? 1mil, 3mil?
