Magnus_Jager 01 Saturn sc2 about 33-35 miles a gallon which is good for my 70 mile daily round trip to work. Put 70k on it since I got it about 2.5 years ago.

Occasionally I'll take the wifes car 95 intrepid (25 mpg) or rarely my 05 ram (17mpg if i drive like a granny).

The 54 is far from being able to drive anywhere at moment

WakBordr7387 My daily----85' Corvette 18mpg
Project-----86' Chevy C10 SWB It gets great mileage, It hasn't had to have a fill-up since August

People think because I have a truck as a hotrod type project, that its alot older than my Vette. They think Im crazy when I tell them the Vette is actually older. Don't know why they think that though

Ghetto Jet 95 Accord. 250,500 miles. The last 60,000 have been hard miles.

Oljoedog Drive a 97 Dodge Ram 1500 most of the time. Doesn't get any better mileage than the Chevelle but it does have A/C and a good stereo.

BigBlockBabe I drive a stock '89 Bronco. It doesn't get much better gas mileage than my '78 project pig Bronco, but at least it runs on the cheap stuff. The '78 only gets premium due to the CR.

Good Frosty $100 Subaru gets 35+ mpg on the city. $300 Escort gets about 30. I can imagine if the Subaru was FI it would get 45+ mpg.

Chevettes are another story...

I was just wondering, what exactly does everybody commute in, (You can't Hot Rod 24/7).

A 91' Escort 4-door sedan might replace the 85' Subaru Hatchback now, $200 more than the Subaru, and it has rockerpanels, wheel-wells, air-conditioning, a raido, carpet, EFI, double the HP, etc.
