kenseth17 Congrats. Now behave yourself so you can keep em. I got my license on my first try. Wasn't really too hard for me. I took my test in the small town where I grew up and don't think I had to even take a left turn. There were no spots where there were two cars with a space between to test my parallel parking. So road test officer says pretend there is a car behind that one and parallel park. But about 5 years after I got my license I kept getting myself in trouble and had a hard time keeping my license for awhile.

gettin a lic.

Man, are guys lucky. back in the 50, (Ga.) at 15 you had to go to G S P hq. and take a test to get a learners permit, which was good for a yr. Then at 16 you had to go take a ride ( doin the driving) with a GSP officer which made you or broke you.
I remember when my oldest dau. came up for a weekend after reachin 16, I took her down and she got her lic. When she went home Sunday eve. her mother called me and said "she can't drive" I said really, the state said she could, even gave her a lic.
Have a great time, but alway remember, driving is a privilege, not a right.
