|Pilot34Coupe||Instruction manual? I don't need no stinking instruction manual! I'm just joking. Yes, it says that's all I need, but a builder of hotrods in my area has suggested that I do away with the valve and just run the APV and a 10lb residual pressure valve in the rear line. He didn't really have an argument and I think he's just trying to influence what I use. I'll stick with the stock combo valve setup. Thanks.|

|pasadenahotrod||Doesn't your instruction sheet for your StreetBeast cover that issue? Generally the combo valve is all a person needs in their system. The routing of the brakes lines is dictated by the original installation. Check a car that the valve assembly came from for routing.|

Brake system questions (several)
I'm installing my brake system on my 34 Ford. I have a mustang 8.8 inch drum rear( out of a 1990 GT)and a Mustang II IFS 11" disk setup up front. I am also using the stock mustang 5.0 power booster and master cylinder. 1st question: Can I use the stock combination valve in my system? 2nd question: If I run the stock combination valve, do I also need to run an APV in the rear line somewhere or does the combo valve take care of that issue? 3rd question: Off of the stock combo valve, does the front outlet on the combo valve run to the front brakes and the rear outlet to the rear brakes? Thanks for the help on this one, I want to make sure I have a good setup, and don't want too many valves/connections or over-valving!!!.
