Deuce Well ... it depends on the backspacing of the rims you plan to use and IF you are planning on fenders ... also how wide the rear is that you already have ...



Most Model A's work out best if the distance ( measured like shown above ) is 56 to 58 inches. 56 works best ... for me ...

A early Bronco ( 66 to mid 70's ) is 58 inches ... measured that way ... stock ... and a 57 to 59 Ford passenger car rear is 58 inches wide ... measured that way.

narrowing ford 9 in

im building 1930 model a closed cab pickupstreet rod not sure how much to take off each tube also using disc brakes on rear
