Cheap5.0 still have not had much time to get a light out there, but its a 2 barrel holley. I figure the 305 was probably a complete crate engine from some cheapo rebuild place, so the carb is probably a stocker as well. Unless there were some awsome 2 barrel holleys produced, i don't need to know much more about it.

If its a holley ,go to mor tec site, they have all of the Holley list numbers, Al

larryblack If you can post a pic, you would get a bunch of replies.

Look on the choke horn and the pass side for #'s. Some carbs have numbers on the base plate by the hold downs.

If you cannot post a pic, find all of the numbers and post them with a description of where on the carb the number is located.

You might also let us know how many barrels it has while you are at it.

Help with identifying carb

Alright, i have a mystery carb and i don't know where to start. Where do i find its identifiers? Part #'s and such? Once i have these i will post them up here or google them.
