strummin67 Did you change the yoke on your driveshaft?

Triaged You didn't use a poly trans mount did you? Tough to tell if it is a driveshaft vibe or out of balance tires.

Bad Vibration help!

I am driving a 79 mustang now. recently i got rid of the 4 speed and put a t-5 in it out of a 87 stang. The problem is that in 4th gear at high rpm i would say around 5000 and in 5th gear i get a vibration thats starts at about 2000, and then will end at about 3000 rpm. I have 4.10 gears. It does it when I am in netural or have the clutch it when I am at around the same speed. . I have never changed the tranny mount or u joints, it just kinda flared up after the new tranny. What do you guys think this could be?
