Shorty Thompson Went back and reread your post . I know you understand that I have to try everywhere . I understand what your saying , and I agree . However there's got to be away to achieve this without going to an expensive route .

22068 Mounting the rear axle on top of the spring stack will lower the rear a good bit but cutting coil springs on the front will really stiffen up the ride and your front end geometry will be off and depending how much coil you cut out will dictate how bad the ride gets and how far out the geometry will be. Shorty, I left a post for ya back at the 'style'.....

JerryMopar Cutting spings and making longer shackles for the leaves?? Im doing that on my 77 dodge, dont know if it will work on newer ones.

1998 Dodge Ram suspension drop

Looking for either a cheap swap , or a place to look so I can get some lowering spindles for the frontend of my buddy's 1998 Dodge Ram . Any and all help will be appreciated .
