Welcome to the site chop52. YOur project is looking good!! I had a 51 five window a few years back with a 350/400 combo. I noticed you have started a project journal. There are several members building AD pickups, suburbans and panels on this site. Check out the Project Journals section of the site for the members builds. As well use the Knowledge Base and the search function for quick answers to your questions. Here are a few links I have collected over the years:

what looked impossible for me to accomplish!
My Grandfather, Gave Me This 1952 Chevy 5 Window Pickup In 1986.
It Was Stored In A Barn, I Had Plans To Customize It, But Became
Very Ill With Heart Problems. So It Was Put On Hold Until I Could
Get Well. So Ten Years Later I Decide It Was Time Begin My Project.
I Began Stripping The Body Down To The Metal, And Repairing Rusty
Panel, The Top Was Chopped 3" And And Electric Moon Roof From A
1992 Maz. Mx-3 Was Place In The Truck. I Am Working On The Sucide
Doors Now, I Have Some Pictures As I Was Chopping The Top. It Was
The First I Had Ever Attempted A Critical Project Of This Type.
