Rebuilding an Eaton LSD ??

I have an Eaton LSD in my nova that I drag race... I have been having trouble with slippage during the burnout... one tire spinning more... longer than the other... it has had some long, hard use drag racing and I figured in need of a rebuild... I have it apart on my bench and am not seeing any real problems with it... the carbon fiber clutch material that I expected to be gone looks really good...why would it slip so badly???

my other question is... did eaton re-design the clutch pack?? the clutch pack consists of disks with splines and disks with ears ...the new clutches are opposite of what are in the diff now...meaning the carbon fiber is on the disks with splines of the new pack and on the dog eared disks of the old...just a re-design or wrong parts...anybody know....??

I have E-mailed Eaton support but no word from then yet.....

Thanks

double checked with Summit...they say it is the right one... even the Eaton web site shows the discs the "old" way...picture attached...
would anybody have a tech sheet that would give me any help on setting it up?? it came with a pile of shims... 16 of them... original only has one on each side... It can pretty much only be put together one way... but i hate to just throw it back together without knowing....

thanks
