Hi all after i destroyed my auburn possi last week i was sitting around talking with a few buddy's and i was telling them how my 10 bolt in my Trans AM with the same slicks held up to 4 years of hard pounding with and without slicks and it was still going strong when i sold it.
then it hit me i remembered i had the ten bolt from my old monte carlo in the back yard somewhere.
so i went out back and found it then brought it into my shop and pulled it apart and had a look at it and it was in great shape.
so i checked everything and it was the same so i tried it and it fit perfect.
i put the cover back on and filled it with castrol syntec and and some possi lube backed down the drive way and went around the block (with open headers) my neighbor's love me. :D
after that it was test time.
heres a pic of the results.

if you look closely you can see the different sets of tracks the dark one is from useing the line lock and the others are from just dumping the clutch.
also i had more air in one tire then the other one.
thats why the right is dark all the way when the left is just on the outside
also some overlap each other and it hard to tell whats what.
but its fine.
i tried it on the highway the other night and it was even all the way.
