Photoshop challenged moderator would like someone to color just the grille on the front of my car. Red to match the color it is now, and also yellow (orange?) to see if I like one better than the other. If someone has an idea of a different color, I'm open to any suggestions. Here are five pictures all the same to work on. Or........tell me how to do it myself, or both! Thanks.
Get youa can of Coca~Cola and some steel wool It'll take the surface rust off and polish it up  I use it oun old bike chrome when I redo them.

MirraChrome from Alsa (www.alsacorp.com). Sprayed over a black basecoat, MirraChrome is intended to look like chrome, but using white for the basecoat gives a softer aluminum look.
That Mirrachrome is fabulous looking, but priced out of sight. They have a kit with everything you need, but the pint kit is $400. They have another product called Killer Chrome that is a kit with aerosol cans for only $115. Extra cans are $39.95. http://www.alsacorp.com/products/killercans/kc/killerchrome.htm That sounds like a winner to me. But.........I could paint it red for practically nothing, 'cuz I just had the front bumper and lip below the grille painted red, and I have paint and epoxy primer left over.
Thanks a lot Jake! What photo software did you do that with? Of the five, the red looks the best to me, but I think I'm going to go with the chrome paint. Thanks for everybody's great input and suggestions. As usual, you guys are the best.
just remembered the "bumper chrome" paint that CarCraft used on the Rambler dash trim at 7-10 bucks a can you could do it annually for the next 40 years and still not be at the price of the pint-o-paint kit somethin's wrong there :smash:
