HemmiGremmie Yea. Mines the Ambulance Hearse combo. Has the two fold down seats in the back. My kids love it. Especially since the strobe light still works. I'll get pics soon.
I dont know about the Hot tub, but The comfy couches are a thought.
Thanks for the link Kevin. I have a friend who's gonna hook up a 400 dollar CD player?stereo and 2 6x9 speakers in the boxes for a mere 50 bucks! So theres the sounds for the monster. Its a blast to drive. HG

Kevin45 Here you go Hemmi. A few sites with lots of Hearse pics for you to get some ideas.
http://www.kultureshoq.com/ratfink/ You'll have to sort thru some of the different car clubs but there is a lot dedicated to the hearse.

327ImpalaSS Thats awesome man, congrats on sealing the deal. I seriously want to see some pics soon. Some of the coffin too. Since I saw your first post I've been dreaming of picking one up as well (car, not a pine box ) or maybe an old ambulance.

Is yours the kind that was an ambulance/hearse combo?

Hearse ride Home and alternator update.

Hey All.
I went to get the Hearse brought home today. We took of the alt and went to Advance to have it checked. Bad was the verdict. We put a new one on, had the wires checked and were all correct, but when we hooked up the positive battery cable, the wire that goes from the battery terminal to the post on the alt started (very light)smoking. Im thinking that maybe the positive cable that goes to the starter has a short. Maybe touched the exhaust or exhaust manifold and is shorting out the alt?
Anyway, we fully charged the Battery and I drove it home without a problem. It drove strong, shifted tight and other than a little floating it cruised excellent. Tons of looks, laughs, stares, thumbs up and even some flirting. I think its gonna be a cool cruiser. I'll get pics soon. HG
