454 Rattler met this scratch builder at Goodguys last weekend but I thought I'd post up his web site because it has some great build pictures and engineering ideas. The guys name is Brian Limberg and ironically, he lives in Illinois about 5 minutes from the farm where I was born and raised. His stuff has been in some glossy mags so you may have seen it. But his site provides a good behind the scenes view of how he actually does the construction.

Actually the thanks go to Rattler. He's the one that turned me on to the site. I just beat him to the punch posting it up this morning. (I think he was sleeping in and resting up from selling his coupe.)

Thanks for posting that link. I had seen Brian Limberg's roadster before but I had never seen the build pics. That is one talented young man. If goes to show you that a lot of work and a few (many?) bucks will go a long way. Of coarse it helps if you have some talent, experience and ingenuity. That 30 project is looking a bit like cboys new build.

Limberg is certainly a talented guy.

I have looked at the roadster pictured above and can't seem to get my head around it - the body lines don't flow right for me. Seems like it's bent up in the middle. Body line runs uphill from the back to the firewall then the lines of the hood run downhill. Just don't get it.
