Nissan Murano flat towing

My Murano AWD isn't towable on all fours, or even using a dolly, front or rear. I've searched for a fix such as REMCO drive shaft disconnects, they only make them for RWD or FWD vehicles, the same with lube pumps.

I knew years ago there was talk about freewheeling hubs or adapters, and found a patent on them, but no suggestion they exist. Does anyone know of anything similar to make this Nissan Murano towable other than trailering it behind the motor home?

I work for Mazda and we don't recommend it either. I don't know if your Murano uses a viscous coupling or not, but the issue with towing lies in there.

Word from Nissan is absolutely no towing on all fours as well. I just think there has to be a fix out there somewhere.

I think your choices are getting down to two. A trailer that will keep all four wheels off the ground when towing, or a different vehicle.

Many Jeeps are flat towable as a toad behind a motorhome
