Many of the Crane Powermax Hyd , solid and roller cams are dual pattern and ground on wider 112-114LSA.
They make great "Nitrous-cams" You can install as per cam card or advance a bit more.
Nitrous likes less overlap (wider LSA) and a early exhaust opening point. (exhaust blow down point)
to deal with the increased exhaust gas volume.
