And do i understand that if the camshaft is advanced 4 degrees. Does that alter all valve events by 4 degrees ? There for open the exhaust valve sooner ?

Yes this cam is fine for nitrous. Its a bit mild thou for serious power.
Can be installed as per cam card or advanced a bit more, say another 2-3deg.
Always degree the cam first before adjusting the phasing.
Yes moving the cam effects all 4 valve events.
If using this one I would run the valve lash tighter than spec.
.010" to .012" intake .012" .014" exhaust, set valve lash cold
Its a bit small for a hard shot but you got the idea.
Nitrous versions of these cams with a different (wider) LSA and or a different exhaust cam lobe are only a phone call
away.
