no brake pressure

hey guys i have a 1980 gmc halfton and the brakes have very very little pressure after the first time u step on them please help me

Are you saying when you first push on them you have pedal? And then it starts going to the floor it is probably your M/C. JMO Have noticed any leaks around the wheels any seepage or such?

yes thats exactly what im saying anytime after you first use them u have zero brakes

If you have no small leaks anywhere then i would get another M/C. That should fix you problem.JMO
