No drilling in my front bumper...please!

I'm looking for an alternate license plate bracket for our new 2007 mustang GT convertible, before the dealer drills the front bumper. Does anyone here know where I can get one? Or has anyone made one that works well? I can't use tape or velcro, or cant put it on the dash either? If you can help, I would appreciate it, thanks, vic

the mustangs already come from the factory with the holes in the bumper. If you dont want a front plate just dont put one on. I dont know how it is in NY but its illegal here and almost no one has front plates. Most mercedes and bmw's dont even come from the factory with front plates.
