Most common reasons for complete loss of power:
- loose cable connection at the starter. This is where the main power is connected for the truck.
- Fried fusible link. It may be the end where it connects to the junction on the firewall next to the brake booster. It could also be the point where it connects to the starter.

If its only the headlights that are off (other power is on), then its probably the headlight switch itself or the dimmer switch on the floor.

The headlights may have been grounded to the radiator core support. Did you have any wires that needed to be unbolted and pulled out of the way when working with the radiator?

You need to check for power at the lights with a test light with the other end clipped to the neg battery terminal. If you have power your ground is missing somewhere, most likely around the radiator. If there is no power I would check for a blown fusible link or a broken wire. Most likely something around the radiator as that was where you were working.
Could be the switch but I always go back to what was done last, usually you will find the issue.
