No pedal pressure after power brake install

I recently installed a powerbrake booster and master cylinder pulled off a 75? Ford truck with 4 drums all the way around just like mine. After bench bleeding the mc and installing it on the vehicle I have no pedal pressure with it running, I checked the pushrod length it is right on spec. The booster does not make any kind of hissing noise with the pedal applied, could the MC be bad? Is there anyway to test to see which one could be at fault? Thanks

welcome to the world of chitty ford brakes bro. I can't wait til i get to park mine and swap i beams for discs. and then i get to buy new wheels. damn i love our old trucks.

I'd check to see if your getting pressure out the front and rear ports off the mc. if so, then are you getting pressure to all four wheels? any fluid out on bleeding? any pressure on pumping the pedal?

Kultulz linked me a great spread sheet awhile back, let me see if i can find it......
