rebuild it cause i have a turbo 350 and lost all forward gears just had reverse i drove home in reverse and rebuilt it the bands were streched out and the filter needed replaced so to save money do not buy a kit but rather find a shop to just get what you neeed sounds like the filter or bands on yours too hope that helped

If you're to the point where you're pulling the front pump, you might as well just finish the job. (That is, if you have the tools.)

Just my opinion.

Rock on!

TH350's are almost a dime a dozen. Get it rebuilt with the best parts you can find and get a shift kit....Est. rebuild+parts around 600 bucks or so. Steve

Have you changed your trans filter? Most people never do. It should be done at least every 30,000 miles. I have had trans that would not even move and replaced the filter and then friied the tires off. In fact I have 3 cars now that I did this to and they are still going good. It would cost you about $20.00 to try it. This is not a large amount to try it.Good luck
