Non Stop Headache BEEPING

I have a 99 Ford windstar, in fact also a 95 ford windstar with the same problem. The cars have the door ajar lights on constantly even if they are closed. So i had to disconnect all of the lights so the battery wouldn't drain. However, when I am going slow there is the extremely painful beeping that won't stop, such that the doors are open. Is there a way to disconnect either the noise or something to stop that.

Disconnect the door pin switches one at a time until the problem goes away. Start with the tailgate.

cant help much i am just here to say i feel your pain and it is extremely aggrivating when you cant even pay a shop to do it for you cause it's illegal. but that's where friends come in!! i have felt around underneath till i grabbed something that vibrated or that i muffled the sound with my hand and then ripped it's arse out with good luck on older vehicles. not sure that'd work on newer ones like yours.
